Chinary Ung

This special event celebrating four generations of Asian composers highlights works by Cambodian-born composer Chinary Ung in honor of his 65th birthday. The program will include three works by Ung, as well as pieces by Koji Nakano (Japan), Hi Kyung Kim (Korea), Kee-Yong Chong (Malaysia) and Chou Wen-chung (China). The performers include Antares, the Brentano String Quartet, cellist Maya Beiser, baritone Thomas Buckner, and percussionist Steven Schick.
